Over the months we have done a series of virtual tastings which featured one of our wines. During those series we talked about how the wine was made and included a special topic like picking decisions, Brix verses PH, cover crop, the different types of fermentation, etc.

During September and October we had the "Virtual Harvest Crew" which took folks on the journey of our wine making process from harvesting through barreling down and finally a wrap up of the harvest. It was a fun way to be a member of the harvest team!
